Aldeyjarfoss in Skjálfandafljót Last week I traveled to remote locations in north Iceland on my super jeep with a demanding landscape photographer who wanted to go off the beaten track. Not many photographic locations in Iceland can beat Aldeyjarfoss in winter with it's amazing basaltic column facade. Next winter I'll be visiting this location again on a workshop with a small group of photographers, traveling on super-jeeps into the remote areas of west and north parts of Iceland.
